1991 Restructured C.T.I. Traffic Industries Co., Ltd, and merged with POLI AUTO GROUP (U.S.A)
1996 Merged KOMATSU Taiwan and integrated equipment, technology and tooling.
1997 Certified by ISO-9002 and merged Kwo-Bang Steel Company and moved plant to Kuan Tien Industry Park at present premise.
1998 Awarded "Excellence in Business Development" by Taiwan Economic Bureau.
2000 Zhejiang Poli-Spare Parts Manufacturing, China.
2002 Certified QS-9000
2005 Patent of Steel Oil Ring ON. 267100
2006 Patent of “CU” type of Expender Ring Research and Development of Chromed / Nitrided with DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) finishing.
2007 Taiwan plant expanded. Certified TS-16949.
2008 Obtained the authorization of supplying Ding Feng 6BT 7 6CT Piston ring set and obtained the authorization of supplying HU Yuan Kai Ma Group Engine F186 & F178 Piston ring sets.
2009 Merged with Panama, Colon, Repinsa Overseas Companies.
2010 Developed “High Entropy Alloys” in applying on Piston Rings.
2011 Awarded of “TOP QUALITY PRODUCT” in Taiwan.
2012 Equipped with:Hybrid PVD Coater which is highest advanced equipment in the industry.
2013 Approval of Over-The counter Stock Trade.
2015 Pateny of US9057442B2, STRUCTURE OF PISTON RING. Merged with Beeantah Precision Hardware (Su Zhou) Co., Ltd.
2017 Zhejiang Chi Shang Food Co. Ltd. Was acquired: Facilities of pressing and stamping been added and operated oficcially in Zhejiang Poli.
2018 Added Department of Green Energy Solutions. Certified of IATF-16949.
